7-inch WVGA Displays Feature LED Backlighting
Wide Aspect (800 × 480) Displays Withstand Extended Temperatures
July 2009 – The LQ070Y3DG3A and LQ070Y3DG3B are now entering production. These panels are an excellent fit for consumer-grade devices and feature low power consumption, a 16:9 aspect ratio, excellent color rendition and depth, wide viewing angle of 110° horizontal and 130° vertical, and thin profile via Chip-on-Glass technology. The panels are identical, with the LQ070Y3DG3B incorporating a touch panel. Both panels are RoHS compliant.
